Although not considered a separate ministry, much goes on behind the scenes in the life of an active congregation.  Our secretary, Colleen Cairns, is an integral part in all administrative duties.  From preparing materials for the worship service, answering phone calls, to writing checks and letters, screening the incoming correspondence and email, and even in the publication of this information on ministries, she is one of the lifelines of Long Creek.  She is assisted by Brenda Young, who graciously donates her time and talents as our accountant and bookkeeper.  We also have faithful men who count the weekly collection and prepare it for deposit.
